Troubleshooting

The model does not respond

Check the selected model and Settings → Providers. Confirm the connection is active and the provider account has access and any required balance. Try a short prompt in a new session to separate a connection problem from a large task.

If you see an authentication, quota, or rate-limit error, follow the named provider’s guidance. Repeatedly resending the same request can make rate limits worse.

The agent is waiting

Look for a permission prompt, sign-in request, or unanswered question. Review it and either approve the intended action or explain another approach. If you stopped a task, inspect the files before asking it to continue; some work may already have completed.

The wrong project is being used

Check the active project and directory under the composer. Open the intended folder with Open project and begin or select a session there. Tell the agent to reread current files if you changed them elsewhere.

Attachments or tools fail

Verify that the selected model supports the input type and tool calling. For plugins, confirm that the connection is active and that the service account has access to the requested resource. For local commands, read the error for missing dependencies or the wrong directory.

Installation or update problems

Use the installation guide and the official download page. Windows downloads are temporarily paused: existing Windows users should not run the old uninstaller or reinstall while the issue is being resolved.

Usage appears empty or unexpected

Check the date range and filters. Reporting can be incomplete. For actual provider charges, compare the provider’s billing records rather than treating an empty Virillio view as zero usage.

Escalate with useful details

Send support your app version, operating system, the action that failed, the exact redacted error, and whether it happens in a new session. Include a small reproduction if possible. Do not include API keys, private source, or account approval codes.
