Is Virillio Code open source?
Virillio-owned application components are proprietary. Third-party components retain their own licenses. Read the app license and third-party notices for details. Public documentation does not grant access to proprietary source code.
Do I need a paid Virillio plan?
Paid Virillio plans are upcoming. Your connected AI provider can charge separately for model usage. See how billing works for the difference between app access and provider charges.
Does my chat subscription include API access?
Not necessarily. It depends on the provider and connection method. Check the provider’s terms and account settings before assuming a chat subscription covers coding requests.
Can I use local models?
You can connect a supported OpenAI-compatible server. Start the server separately and check its model capabilities. See local and custom models.
Which operating systems are available?
Check installation and availability. The current download is for Apple silicon macOS; Windows downloads are paused, and Intel Mac and Linux releases are not yet available.

Visit the official release history. Use the product download page for the supported download and any platform advisories.
