Account and devices
Manage your Virillio identity and the devices authorized to use it.

Open your account
Use the Virillio dashboard to sign in and inspect your account. If the desktop app requests account authorization, follow its browser sign-in flow with the intended account.
Your Virillio identity is separate from the AI provider account that handles model requests. Signing in to Virillio does not automatically connect or fund an AI provider.
Authorize a device
When the desktop app presents a device-code flow, open the supplied Virillio page and compare the code and device details. Complete the explicit approval only if you initiated the request.
If a code expires, start the flow again from the app. Opening a device link by itself should not be treated as completing authorization.
Review account access
Visit your account page to review profile and authorized-device controls. Revoke devices you no longer use through the available account controls. For provider credentials, also review provider connections.
A device authorization problem and a provider authentication error are separate issues. Check which service the error names before reconnecting anything.
Recovery and deletion requests
If you cannot regain access or want help with account deletion, contact support. Do not send passwords, API keys, or device approval codes. Use the published privacy notice and app license for current retention and account-authorization terms.
